研究内容

主要研究方向为基因组大数据分析方法与软件,包括三方面内容:

1. 基因组学机器学习,研究机器学习算法在基因组学问题上的应用与改进;

2. 基因组注释与可视化,研究对容量庞大、格式多样、关系复杂的基因组大数据进行注释及可视化方法与软件;

3. 多组学数据分析,运用统计、计算方法,分析多组学数据、解决生物学问题。


Research Interests 

The major research area is methods and software of genome bigdata analysis, including 3 topics:

1. Machine learning in genomics: Improvement and application of machine learning algorithm for genomics.

2. Genome annotation and visualization: Annotation and visualization methods/software for genome bigdata with mass volume, various formats and complex relationship.

3. Multi-omics data analysis, Analyzing multi-omics data by computational and statistical methods, solving biological problem.
